Ingredients
急凍三文魚扒 2塊
露筍 半包
鹽及黑胡椒粉 適量
Instructions
將三文魚解凍,洗淨瀝乾。
開鑊煲水,準備蒸煮露筍,同時用鹽及黑胡椒為露筍及三文魚扒調味。
水滾後把露筍隔水蒸5分鐘。
用中高火燒熱平底易潔鑊,加少量油,並放三文魚扒煎煮1-2分鐘。
把三文魚扒翻轉,再煎1-2分鐘。
將露筍及三文魚扒放在碟上,完成!
